This was a statue I found in Manitowoc Wisconsin of all places.  I had to bring her home.

She stands about 65 inches tall and placing her in the woods to photograph as the light changed between pre-dawn to full light was not an easy project.

First I posed my son in various spots in the woods, finally selecting one area that had the right background and potential light.  We hauled her up out of my studio, placing her in the woods, protecting her from soaking up any dampness from the ground or air.  I uncovered and photographed her every 2 hours.
